What counts against my call hours?
Only calls Bud transcribes count against your hours. Dictation never does — it's unlimited on every plan, from Basic up.
What happens if I hit my cap?
Bud warns you at 80%. At the cap you can top up or upgrade in one click — We never cut you off mid-call.
Do unused hours roll over?
Yes — up to one extra month's worth carries forward, so a quiet month isn't a wasted one. Anything past that resets, to keep pricing fair for everyone.
